Query TFs
|
A tab-separated format with two columns. The first column is TF name, and the second column is the Boolean value of TFs with 1/-1, which means activation/inhibition.
If the desired TFs are unknown, keep empty for Query TFs section and upload scRNA-seq data of target cellular state. SiPer will identify differentially expressed TFs as input of query TFs (User can also select other computational methods to predict the desired TFs, like TranSynW (https://transsynw.lcsb.uni.lu), CellNet, Mogrify, etc)
